Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without tracking.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
